Projects & implementation

Get one important project across the finish line.

When the need is specific, the engagement should be too. O2S scopes, builds, configures, and hands off practical systems for owner-led businesses.

What we can put into practice.

What a project includes

A scope you can evaluate before work begins.

We agree on the problem, deliverables, responsibilities, access requirements, timeline, and fee in writing. The proposal also identifies what is outside the scope.

Delivery includes the agreed configuration or build, a walkthrough, relevant documentation, and a defined handoff. Any post-launch support is specified in the engagement.

If the work needs continuing ownership across several priorities, fractional support may be the better fit.
