Our Process

We take a consultative approach in determining which services to recommend and which suppliers to include. We base these determinations on the immediate activity and needs of the facility being consulted, future considerations for growth and achieving new capabilities, companywide objectives, and available technologies. After these considerations, our team solicits bids and verifies discounts on your behalf. Once a supplier has been selected, we’ll then assign a project manager from the supplier along with an internal project manager for all installations. You’ll maintain all direct resources and standard support from our advisory team. The dedicated support teams from each supplier will also be available as additional resources to assist in addressing any issues that come up throughout the contract term.

Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) is a SaaS solution that replaces traditional brick-and-mortar call centers, allowing agents to work from any location. Additional benefits include built-in redundancy, flexibility, and scalability.

DDoS Mitigation

DDoS Mitigation protects circuits, websites, and other web infrastructure from being overrun with too many requests. Many companies attempt to scrub traffic with their own appliances, which helps against small attacks, but adversaries can overwhelm the whole circuit with relative ease (costs just a couple hundred dollars). DDoS scrubbing services screen all traffic, returning only that which is desired to the client, allowing operations to continue even when under attack.
