Operator-Run Analytical Prototype · Decision-Support Workflow

MLB hit-prop analysis built to reject weak candidates before scoring them.

Hit Prop Pro is O2S's working name for a single-operator MLB “1+ hit” analysis framework. The workflow combines hard eligibility vetoes, structured hitter and pitcher assessment, market-price comparison, tiering, and final human review.

It is manually fed and executed conversationally. It is not a deployed sportsbook product, not a trained machine-learning model, and not an automated wagering system.

Hard veto before scoringCandidates must clear defined eligibility gates before the scoring pipeline is allowed to continue.
Structured multi-stage analysisHitter context, pitcher threat, probability, price, and bet-quality checks are separated into explicit stages.
NO BET is a real outputThe framework is designed to reject an entire slate when nothing clears its own bar.
Human approval remains finalThe operator supplies the inputs, reviews every output, and personally decides whether any wager exists.
What It Actually Is

A manually fed, chat-executed scoring workflow — not a deployed app.

The current V6.2 workflow runs inside an AI project conversation. The operator supplies lineups, market prices, weather/umpire context, and advanced baseball statistics. The system then executes its documented rules and returns a tiered card, vetoed candidates, risk notes, and suggested structures for human review.

Public-Safe Architecture

Gate first. Score second. Price third. Human decides last.

The public page shows what each analytical layer is for without exposing the exact weights, thresholds, or probability formula.

01
Eligibility vetoDisqualify candidates that fail required statistical or lineup conditions before scoring.
02
Hitter + pitcher assessmentEvaluate hitter quality/context separately from opposing-pitcher difficulty.
03
Probability + priceEstimate the opportunity and compare it with the market price rather than stopping at raw probability.
04
Quality gate + tierA secondary quality check can still override an attractive raw probability before the human decides.

Interactive Synthetic Walkthrough

See a candidate get rejected before the model ever needs to “like” it.

This public demo is a fictional reconstruction built from the documented decision architecture. It does not use a real player, real sportsbook price, real provider data, real bet history, or the unavailable private dashboard.

Synthetic only: all player names, teams, matchup details, signals, and market prices below are fictional and exist only to demonstrate the workflow.

Sample-size flagBelow the synthetic minimum — eligibility gate fails.
Hard vetoTRIGGERED — candidate is removed before scoring.
Model assessmentNot reached. A vetoed candidate does not continue through the scoring pipeline.
Market priceFictional −145, shown for demonstration only.
Human roleOperator reviews and confirms: no wager placed.
NO BET The candidate fails before scoring. That restraint is the point of the veto layer.
Verified Behavioral Evidence

The strongest evidence is a slate where the framework declined everything.

The operating record documents one full-slate session in which all nine evaluated candidates were vetoed across a 15-game slate. No wagers were placed. That is useful as a process-discipline example, not as a performance statistic.

9 candidates evaluated

The documented session surfaced nine candidates for review.

9 candidates vetoed

Every candidate failed the framework's eligibility or quality requirements.

0 wagers placed

The outcome demonstrates the ability to stop rather than force action. It does not demonstrate profitability.

Current Scope & Limitations

What exists today — and what does not.

Single operatorThe audited project supports one O2S operator. No external user, subscriber, login, or commercial product was verified.
Manual data intakeLineups, odds, context, and advanced statistics are supplied by the operator rather than acquired by an automated feed.
No persistent trackerThe bet log / CLV tracker does not carry itself between sessions; continuity requires manual copy/paste.
Dashboard status unknownA React interface was reportedly rendered once in-chat, but the file is not present in the audited project and cannot be described as currently deployed.
No public track recordNo logged bets exist in the audited record, so there is no hit rate, ROI, CLV, or bankroll performance claim to publish.
No automated executionNo scheduler, API integration, automatic recommendation distribution, or sportsbook execution was found.
Claims & IP Boundaries

What this page deliberately does not claim or expose.

The public page demonstrates architecture and discipline without turning an internal prototype into a product claim.

No claim that Hit Prop Pro is live, production, deployed, subscription-ready, or fully automated
No hit-rate, ROI, win-rate, CLV, profit, or bankroll-performance claim
No “machine learning picks” or trained-model framing
No claim of automated Statcast, lineup, odds, weather, or provider feeds
No real sportsbook, lineup-provider, Baseball Savant, or FanGraphs screenshots/data in the public demo
No exact scoring weights, veto thresholds, probability formula, or quality-score formula
No claim that the historical dashboard artifact is currently deployed or functional
No suggestion that CANDIDATE means a guaranteed bet or guaranteed outcome
Responsible Use

Decision support does not make wagering predictable.

Hit Prop Pro is presented as an example of how O2S formalizes domain judgment into a rules-based analytical workflow. It is not a picks subscription, a guarantee of outcome, or a source of predictable income.

21+ where applicable

Wagering involves risk of loss. Only wager where lawful, within personal limits, and with money you can afford to lose.

No performance figures are published because the audited project contains zero logged bets and no reproducible track record.

Applied Beyond Baseball

Need a decision system that can reject weak candidates before they consume attention?

O2S builds custom decision-support systems with eligibility gates, scoring layers, price/value checks, exception logic, and explicit human review.
