An Executive Champion:
Your Point Person/Project Manager. Takes care and communicates all of your concerns and needs. Your Executive Champion delegates and initiates team meetings on your behalf. All you hear is updates and results.
1. Consultation & Strategy Session:
You and your Executive Champion will chat and discuss your business, it’s goals and objectives. Previous, current and future strategies will be discussed.
2. Strategy Acceptance & Implementation:
Your Executive Champion will propose a strategy after chatting with various team members. 1-3 options will be proposed. You will chat with your Executive Champion and decide which strategy best suits you and your business.
3. Strategy Delegation & Timeline Creation
Once the strategy has been accepted, your Executive Champion will communicate and delegate roles and expectations on your behalf. A timeline of service expectations and a progress update schedule will be provided.
