I work with Business Owners to grow and in some cases, save their business. Reducing company costs, increasing profit and enhancing the services and/or products of a company is what I do! As a foil or complement to the CEO; the role I play in organizations is most similar to that of a Chief Operations Officer (COO). My objective is simple: Ensure the company has the proper operational systems and processes, administrative and reporting procedures, and people in place to effectively grow the organization and create financial strength and operational efficiency.
People: (Hiring, Training & Development)
Overseeing human resource management.
Communicating strategy and policy to employees.
Fostering employee alignment with company/corporate goals.
Process: (Creating Operations Plans, Strategies and Policies)
Leading the implementation of company strategies.
Leading new initiatives, such as organizational change, market expansion.
Aligning processes with an organization's strategic goals, designing and implementing process architectures.
Systems: (Enabling the Exchange of Information and Internal & External Communications)
Recommending, implementing and/or optimizing various systems to help a company achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
Overseeing day-to-day process, project and/or systems operations.
Building and connecting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and information systems. Planning, installation, maintenance, and management.
