TIME: Tasks Initiated with Meaningful Effort
“Time is what we want most, but what we use worst.” ― William Penn
Always use your time wisely. Time is one of the only gifts given to you that is completely yours. If your spending larger portions of your time on things or interests outside of your passion, purpose or why then there is a good chance that you are wasting it. Think about it, aren’t you always wasting time if you aren’t using it for something meaningful and/or purposeful?
If you don’t begin to see time differently, especially in terms of serving and developing yourself, you aren’t allowing yourself to reach your full potential. Time is infinite and how you utilize the limited amount you have is up to you. A better way to see time is by thinking of it as the following acronym, TIME: Tasks Initiated with Meaningful Effort.
Try to focus your energy on defining, approaching and completing your tasks or goals with the TIME acronym in mind, you will not only find the kind of fulfillment you need in order to enhance your self-value but you will also start getting things done! Value each day as if it were your last and honor it by your efforts.
